Subverter
A wub machine: draw the pattern, and the filter plays it for you.

Overview
Subverter exists for one job: making bass move. Two detuned reese oscillators and a dedicated sub that skips the filter so the low end stays solid. The filters are the instrument — a smooth SVF and a dirtier ladder, modulated per-sample so fast wubs stay clean instead of turning to zipper noise. The showpiece is the drawable step-pattern LFO: sketch the rhythm you want and the filter plays it, synced to the session. Two LFOs, a 12-slot mod matrix, and four macros mean one knob can pull a whole patch around. An oversampled waveshaper with tanh, hard clip, foldback, and bitcrush adds the grit. Built for deep dubstep, but it does DnB, halftime, and anything else that needs a talking bassline.
