Harmonic Exciter · Audio Effect
RatXciter
Harmonics the mix is missing — sub that reads on a phone, air that never fizzes.

Overview
An EQ can only turn up what's already there; on a dark mix there's nothing up top to boost. RatXciter makes new content instead. It splits the signal into four regions — Sub (20–120 Hz), Body (120 Hz–2 kHz), Presence (2–6 kHz), and Air (6 kHz up) — generates musically related harmonics from each, and adds only that new material to an untouched dry signal. The Sub band is the point: it builds harmonics of the sub and kick so the low end reads on phones, laptops, and small monitors while the fundamental stays clean, mono, and un-smeared and the kick keeps its shape. Each band has three characters — Glow (warm, round), Sparkle (bright, fine), Crackle (dense, crunchy) — with an Even/Odd blend, and every band's added signal is level-normalised and guarded so it never turns harsh or sibilant. Press ANALYZE and it measures what the genre expects and your mix is missing, using the same measured profiles as RatMaster, then fills exactly that in. DELTA lets you hear only what's being added, LEVEL MATCH keeps comparisons honest, and Intensity, Tone, and Focus scale, tilt, and time-weight everything at once. Put it on the master right before RatMaster, or on a bass, drum, or synth bus.
