Our approach to refunds on digital products.
Digital goods
Because plugins are downloadable digital products that cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed.
When we will refund
If a plugin doesn't work as described and we can't resolve it with you, we'll issue a refund. Contact support@rathound.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
