Digital goods

Because plugins and sample packs are downloadable digital products that cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed.

When I will refund

If a plugin or sample pack does not work as described and I cannot resolve the issue with you, I will issue a refund. Contact craig@psiloops.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem.

EU and UK buyers: right to cancel

Buyers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download is made available, if you asked for it straight away and agreed to lose the right. At checkout you're asked to tick a box doing exactly that, and checkout won't start without it. Your purchase email confirms it.

Windows builds and antivirus warnings

The Windows installers aren't code-signed yet. Because of that, Windows SmartScreen and some antivirus programs (Microsoft Defender included, and some of the scanners on VirusTotal) may warn about them or flag them as a threat. These are false positives: the installers contain only the plugin.

Please make sure you're OK with this before you buy. Because of the nature of downloadable software, I don't give refunds for SmartScreen or antivirus warnings, or for deciding not to install because of one. If the plugin doesn't work once it's installed, "When I will refund" above still applies. The macOS installers are signed and notarized by Apple, so this doesn't affect them.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
