End User License Agreement

License grant

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on computers you own or control, for personal and commercial music production.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the plugin. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code except where permitted by law.

Sample packs

Buying a sample pack gives you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use its sounds in your own music, sound design, film, games, broadcasts and other productions, commercial or not. No credit is needed.

You may not sell, share, give away or redistribute the samples on their own or in any sample pack, library, sample-based instrument, preset bank or construction kit; upload them to sample-sharing sites or AI training datasets; or register the samples themselves with a content-identification service. The license is personal to the buyer and cannot be transferred.

Some packs are rendered from public-domain (CC0) or Creative Commons Attribution recordings. Those source recordings stay under their own licenses, and the credits ship in each pack's SOURCES.txt.

Ownership

All intellectual property in the plugins and sample packs, including DSP, presets, rendered samples, and artwork, remains the property of RatHound. Third-party recordings used under public-domain or Creative Commons licenses remain under those licenses and are credited in the product.

Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from its use.
