Right after you buy

The confirmation page shows your Mac & Windows download links immediately, and we email the same links to you. Bookmark that page — you can revisit it any time to re-download.

Check your email

Search your inbox for an email from RatHound with the subject "Your RatHound download." It contains your download links and a link back to your downloads page.

Can't find it?

Email support@rathound.com from the address you purchased with and we'll resend your download links.
